EventReporter Version 4.0 announced

Adiscon GmbH today announced version 4.0 of the EventReporter product
(formerly EvntSLog). Version 4.0 provides a number of important enhancements:
- support for message delivery via email
- EventReporter Client added - a graphical user interface for
customizing EventReporter
- filtering of events based on severity code (e. g. error, warning,
informational)
- greatly enhanced documentation
- greatly enhanced web site - especially support area
The version 4.0 release targets smaller companies and organizations while
retaining full support for large scale enterprises. Now small businesses can
improve their overall system operation with EventReporter.
Registered users of EvntSLog version 3.x receive the upgrade free of
charge. They simply need to install the new version. The registration key
remains valid. Pre-version 3.0 registered users can purchase an update at 40% of
the retail price.
Version 4.0 can be downloaded beginning July, 3rd 2000.
