EventReporter 6.1 Released

EventReporter 6.1 is available immediately.
It is a maintenance release.
Changes include:
- MoniLog Interoperability issue
- some issue have been identified between EventReporter 6.0 and
MoniLog. These have been fixed.
- Enhanced Filtering
Capabilities- there was no way to check if two strings were
identical, only range matches were supported. This has been added.
- Improved Usability -
the configuration program has been improved so that it is now easier to create
new services, rule sets and rules.
- Streamlined Manual- the
manual grew to a point where it was too large for online distribution (it
added more than half of the install set size). This has
now been streamlined to contain only the vital reference information and include web
links for all others. This will also provide us to deliver
future manual additions very flexibly-
